poetry by Robert James Berry

Last Sun

Last sun fires the clay red roofs

Cloud is a clutch of dragons

That vie in the flick beat after thunder

And are gone

I drink my tea

Share food with street cat

Small boy pranks and pulls mouths

Big game incise, vow love

And I stick to my table

Drink more tea, write
